Health and Wellness Coaches are knowledgeable sources of support and guidance for you to set goals and make changes that improve your metabolism, and in the long term your overall health.

With my holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I take the entire body into consideration when looking at your health. From stress to food choices? Lack of sleep, energy and how it is affecting your movement? As we work together, we will see that your entire life and in particular past choices have brought you to where you are today. As your Health Coach, I will make informed decisions on nutrition and lifestyle to determine the best changes for you.  There is no one size fits all.  Just as every person is different, each program must be specialized to the individual.

I do not focus on lists of restrictions, calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. I work with my clients to put together a sustainable program, where clients are happy, but are also getting healthy at the same time. There is no point in creating a program that is a chore to follow and makes us miserable.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals for achieving your ideal weight, increasing sleep and boosting metabolism and energy.  Clients come away with a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that helps to keep them balanced in energy, hormones and overall health.

Over the years, I have watched a lot of  friends and family members around me suffer needlessly from declining health, reduced metabolism, high cholesterol, diabetes alzheimer, not to mention weight issues as they grew older. I pursued Holistic Health in my forties so that I would be able to prevent this in my own life through alternative therapies and not be dependent on the medical system. I studied Nutrition, Homeopathy, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Herbs, Reiki, Acupuncture and Aromatherapy (essential oils) just to name a few things.

A lot of the things we are suffering from today are preventable with correct nutrition and supplementation. Disease a deficiency caused by the diet that we eat and the lifestyle that we live.

Our medical system treats the symptoms and does not look at the underlying causes of our problems.  We need to seek alternatives to taking medications, and to educate ourselves be our own health advocate.

I use my love of holistic health to offer recommendations and support to those concerned about boosting their metabolism as they integrate better food  and supplementation choices, vitamins, minerals, herbs, teas, essential oils, exercise, meditation, massage and so much more.
