How can something that tastes so good be so bad?  We have all heard the talk, sugar is bad for you. Could they be right, could sugar really be toxic and the cause of so many problems?

We eat fruit that has natural fructose, but this is different because we are getting lots of nutrients plus fiber at the same time which does not have the same effect as processed sugar.
