Sleep allows our body time to revitalize itself.  Most people are leading busy and complicated lives, lucky if they get 6 hours of restful sleep. This leaves us at a deficit first thing in the morning and feeling tired throughout the day. Aim for 7-8 hrs or feeling rested and ready to go when you wake up.

Original Essiac Tea Recipe

Rene Caisse was a Canadian nurse who came upon a natural herbal formula, Essiac backwards, early in her nursing career and she dedicated the rest of her life to it.
